Guru Ram Dass College of Education has fully functional “GRDCE-Grievance Redressal Cell” constituted in year 2011, to address genuine problems and complaints of students and staff at individual, class level and grievances of common interest.
The GRDCE-Grievance Redressal Cell has a well drafted Grievance Redressal Mechanism for students and staff so that they can come forward with their grievances for peaceful resolution. The Cell maintains a conducive and unprejudiced educational environment.

The GRDCE-Grievance Redressal Cell deals with Grievances received in writing from the students and staff. Both are encouraged to use the suggestion boxes placed on different sections of the campus to express constructive suggestions and grievances. These Boxes are placed at conspicuous place, so that students and staff can drop in their complaints privately. They may also approach the members of the cell or any student can approach any of their other teachers as is comfortable to them. Timely and swift resolutions of grievances are done by the GRDCE-Grievance Redressal Cell.
Students and staff are requested to note that making a complaint is serious and therefore they are to use this power in a responsible manner. At the same time, the college assures students and staff that once a complaint is made, it will be treated with sensitivity and confidentiality.
